The AR viewer

When you scan a code in a book, the animal opens at app.madeofyou.com. The camera image stays on your device; we never receive photos, video, audio or location. There is no account and no login. We count page visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that stores no personal data.

The bonus pages

If you unlock the secret animals from a book, we store the email address you give us (and the child's first name, if you add one), the book it came from, and the date. We use it to send the links and, occasionally, news about new Made Of You books. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share the list.

The list lives in two services we use to run the site: Sanity (our content database, EU/US) and Resend (email delivery). A small cookie remembers that you already unlocked a page so you don't have to type the email again; it holds no personal data.

Messages go by email to info@madeofyou.com and are kept only as long as the conversation needs.

Amazon links

Buy buttons lead to Amazon. From that moment Amazon's privacy policy applies, not ours. Some links carry a tag that tells us a sale came from our site; it doesn't tell us who you are.

We are based in Greece, so the GDPR applies. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, write to info@madeofyou.com. We'll do it within a few days.
