For grown-ups
Thankful leaves
In our picture book Finding Gratitude, Fall keeps a notebook of the moments he felt grateful, and his coat is made of big autumn leaves. Here your child tells Fall what they are thankful for and watches it fall all over your room on his leaves. Free, for everyone.
How it works
Press start and turn the sound on. Fall's page from the book opens and his leaves fly out over your room. Then your child picks a picture, or you type a few words, for something they are thankful for. It goes onto a leaf and keeps falling all over the room. Swipe for wind, tap Fall for more leaves.
What you write stays with you
The words and pictures stay on your phone or tablet while the page is open, and they are gone when you close it. They are never saved, sent to us or counted. The camera only shows your room behind the leaves: the picture is never saved, recorded or sent. No microphone, no sign-up, no app.
No camera? No problem
Start without the camera, or say no when your browser asks, and the leaves fall on the book's own page instead. To bring the camera in later, allow it for madeofyou.com in your browser's settings.
Fall and his siblings come from our picture book Finding Gratitude. More thankful ideas, and every free printable from the book, are on madeofyou.com/gratitude.
